All Felsom PPRC products come with a standard manufacturing warranty against defects. Claims must be supported by original purchase receipts.
2. Return Policy
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days. Custom-cut pipes are non-refundable.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change based on raw material market fluctuations. Quotes provided via WhatsApp are valid for 24 hours.
4. Installation
Felsom Pipes is a manufacturer and supplier. We do not take responsibility for defects caused by improper installation by third-party plumbers.
